Soft rolls are filled with savory corned beef and melted cheese, then baked until warm and lightly crisp on top. Ingredients

  • 12 small slider buns or Hawaiian rolls (kept connected as one sheet)
  • 12 oz sliced corned beef
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese (cut into halves or smaller pieces)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven

Set your oven to 175°C (350°F) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. Prepare the Rolls

Without separating them, slice the entire sheet of rolls horizontally.
Place the bottom half into the baking dish.

3. Add the Filling

Spread the corned beef evenly over the bottom layer of rolls.
Place the Swiss cheese on top, covering the meat completely.

4. Add the Top Layer

Set the top half of the rolls back in place over the filling.

5. Brush with Butter

Evenly coat the tops of the rolls with melted butter for extra flavor and a golden finish.

6. Bake

Cover loosely with foil and bake for 12–15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and everything is heated through.

7. Finish and Serve

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 2–3 minutes to lightly toast the tops.
Slice along the roll lines and serve warm.
