- Sauté the Aromatics
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the shallot and garlic, sautéing until soft and fragrant. - Cook the Seafood
Add the shrimp and scallops. Cook for 2–3 minutes, turning gently, until lightly golden and just cooked through. - Add the Crab
Gently fold in the crab meat. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. - Deglaze with Wine
Pour in the white wine and allow it to simmer for 1–2 minutes, reducing slightly to concentrate the flavor. - Create the Cream Sauce
Stir in the cream and Parmesan cheese. Reduce heat and simmer until the sauce thickens and becomes silky. - Finish & Serve
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot in mini casseroles or ramekins.
