🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 package ground sausage
(or chopped breakfast sausage – about 250–300 g)
  • 1 package cream cheese
    (8 oz / 225 g)
  • 1–2 cans crescent roll dough
  • Optional seasonings: black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, etc.

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Cook the Sausage

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until fully browned.
Drain off any excess fat.

2. Make the Filling

While the sausage is still warm, combine it with the cream cheese in a mixing bowl.
Stir until smooth and creamy.
Season to taste if you like.

3. Fill & Roll

Open the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
Place a spoonful of sausage filling on the wide end of each triangle.
Roll up tightly toward the pointed end.

4. Bake to Perfection

Arrange rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 12–15 minutes, or until beautifully golden brown.

5. Serve & Enjoy

Serve warm—these rolls taste best straight out of the oven.
Perfect with eggs for breakfast, or as a comforting, cheesy snack.
