- 200 g soft caramels
- 2 tbsp milk or heavy cream
- 100 g roasted salted peanuts
- 100 g milk chocolate or chopped Snickers bars
Instructions
Step 1: Melt Chocolate & Butter
In a saucepan, melt the chocolate and butter over low heat.
Stir occasionally until smooth, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Step 2: Make the Brownie Batter
In a large mixing bowl:
- Whisk together the eggs, sugar, and vanilla until creamy.
- Add the melted chocolate mixture and stir to combine.
- Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
