🥣 Equipment
- Glass bowl
- 8×8 baking dish
🛒 Ingredients
- 1 tube refrigerated biscuits (regular size, not Grands)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
👩🍳 Instructions
Biscuit Bites
1. Prep:
Melt the butter in a shallow glass bowl in the microwave using reduced power to avoid splattering. In a separate shallow bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon.
2. Cut:
Use kitchen shears to cut each biscuit into three pieces. Place the pieces on a plate and separate them so they don’t stick together.
3. Coat:
Spray an 8×8 baking dish with cooking spray and preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Set up an assembly line: dip each biscuit piece into the butter, coat it in the cinnamon–sugar mixture, and place it in the prepared dish. Repeat until all pieces are coated and arranged in the pan.
4. Bake:
Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the tops are a deep golden brown. Let the biscuit bites cool slightly before serving.
Icing
Mix together confectioners’ sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Drizzle over the warm biscuit bites.
💡 Recipe Notes
To make a larger batch, simply double all ingredients—use two tubes of biscuits and bake in a 9×13 dish.
