
This Banana Split Cake is a no-bake dessert with a buttery graham cracker crust, layers of creamy filling, bananas, pineapple, whipped topping, and cherries. It’s easy to make and perfect for parties or summer desserts!
Ingredients
Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
Filling:
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 4 bananas, sliced
Topping:
- 2 cups whipped topping (Cool Whip)
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- Chocolate syrup
- Maraschino cherries
Instructions
- Make the crust:
Mix graham crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 9×13 dish and chill. - Add the filling:
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over the crust.
Add pineapple on top, then layer the sliced bananas. - Add the topping:
Spread whipped topping over the bananas.
Add strawberries and nuts, then drizzle with chocolate syrup.
Finish with maraschino cherries. - Chill and serve:
Refrigerate at least 4 hours (or overnight). Serve cold and enjoy!
