This hearty Cheesy Beef Pizza Roll-Up combines seasoned ground beef, melty mozzarella, and creamy Parmesan-peppercorn dressing, all wrapped in golden pizza dough. It’s an easy, crowd-pleasing meal that works perfectly for busy weeknights, game days, or casual family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 (13.8-oz) can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 (8-oz) bottle Parmesan-peppercorn dressing, divided

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven
    Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Lightly grease a large rimmed baking sheet and set aside.
  2. Cook the Beef Filling
    In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, onion, bell pepper, and garlic until the beef is fully browned and crumbly. Drain any excess grease, then return the mixture to the skillet.
    Stir in the Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat.
  3. Prepare the Dough
    Unroll the pizza dough onto the prepared baking sheet and gently press it into a large rectangle.
  4. Assemble the Roll-Up
    Sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
    Spoon the beef mixture on top, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
    Sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup of cheese, then drizzle ¼ cup of the Parmesan-peppercorn dressing over the filling.
  5. Roll and Slice
    Starting from one long side, carefully roll the dough into a log, pinching the ends to seal.
    Place the roll seam-side down on the baking sheet. Cut shallow slits across the top at 1-inch intervals to allow steam to escape.
  6. Bake
    Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the dough is deep golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Serve
    Let the roll-up rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with the remaining Parmesan-peppercorn dressing on the side for dipping.
