Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Arrange the crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it into small crumbles. Drain any excess grease.
Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 1–2 minutes.
Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the seasoned beef onto each cracker.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese generously over each bite.
Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired, and serve warm.
